Please read the following information about The Chapel's Care Ministry:
The Chapel's Care Ministry Team consists of pastors, deacons, and other mature, experienced Care Team Members. We are not licensed professional counselors, psychologists, physicians, social workers, accountants, financial planners, or attorneys; we do not provide therapy, psychiatric, medical or mental health treatment nor do we give legal or financial advice.
We will listen to the story about your situation and ask questions to fully understand what is going on in your life right now. Together, with faith, prayer, and wisdom from God’s Word, we will help you identify potential solutions and access practical resources that empower you with strength and skills to take the next appropriate steps to move forward through the changes and uncertainty you are facing.
Upon submission of this Request for care, a member of our Care Ministry will respond via phone or email about your next steps. It may be to arrange an appointment to meet with you or to ask follow-up questions to get additional information about your situation so we can provide the best care and assistance possible.
